Vegan Mousse au Chocolat

This is seriously the best mousse au chocolat I’ve ever eaten. No lie! :D{EN}
1. Melt the chocolate.
2. Add salt, sugar (or agave syrup) and cream stiffener to the soya cream and whip up all together with an electric mixer.
3. Carefully add the melted chocolate to the whipped cream and mix a little longer.
4. Put the mousse in the fridge for about an hour and enjoy it!

1. Schokolade schmelzen
2. Salz, Zucker (oder Agaven-Dicksaft), Sahnesteif und die Soya-Schlagsahne mischen und mit einem elektrischen Mixer aufschlagen.
3. Vorsichtig die geschmolzene Schokolade untermischen und ein wenig weiter mixen.
4. Mousse für ungefähr eine Stunde in den Kühlschrank stellen und geniessen!

Zutaten:
300g Schlagsahne
200g Zartbitterschokolade
2EL Feinzucker oder etwas Agaven-Dicksaft
1Messerspitze Vanille
1Prise Salz
2EL Sahnesteif

    *drools all over her desk* Chocolate mousse is one of my favorite desserts, and the fact that this one is vegan is really interesting.
